Aim

Employee Relations Law Journal (Empl. Relat. Law J.) aims to provide an international scholarly platform for high-quality research examining the legal, organizational, social, and managerial dimensions of employment and employee relations. The journal seeks to promote rigorous academic research, interdisciplinary perspectives, and informed discussion on emerging challenges in the workplace, employment law, labor relations, and human resource practices.
