The Employee Relations Law Journal (Empl. Relat. Law J.) is committed to maintaining transparent and accessible publishing practices. To support the editorial, peer-review, production, proofreading, online hosting, and publication processes, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 300 applies to manuscripts accepted for publication.
The applicable Article Processing Charge is:
APC: USD 300 per accepted article
The APC is payable only after the manuscript has successfully completed the editorial assessment and peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication.
Payment of the APC does not influence the editorial decision, peer-review outcome, acceptance, rejection, or publication priority of a manuscript.

The APC and payment requirements are communicated clearly to authors. No additional mandatory publication charges will be imposed without prior communication to the author.
Authors should not interpret payment of the APC as a guarantee of acceptance or publication. All manuscripts are evaluated independently according to the journal's editorial and peer-review policies.
The journal may consider full or partial APC waivers or discounts in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Editorial Office. Any waiver or discount decision is independent of the editorial and peer-review process.
If circumstances arise that require consideration of an APC refund, the Editorial Office will review the matter on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the journal's applicable policies.
