The Employee Relations Law Journal (Empl. Relat. Law J.) is committed to maintaining the independence, integrity, and credibility of its scholarly content. Any advertising or promotional material displayed on the journal's website or associated platforms must be clearly distinguishable from editorial and scholarly content and must not influence editorial decisions, peer review, publication decisions, or the academic content of the journal.
Advertising and sponsorship activities, where applicable, are kept separate from the journal's editorial and peer-review processes. Advertisers, sponsors, or commercial organizations have no influence over the selection, evaluation, acceptance, rejection, or publication of manuscripts.
Editorial decisions are made independently by the Editor and Editorial Board based on scholarly merit, relevance, originality, and compliance with the journal's policies.
The journal reserves the right to review, accept, reject, or remove advertisements at its discretion. Advertisements must be lawful, accurate, professionally presented, and consistent with the academic and professional nature of the journal.
The journal will not knowingly accept advertising that is misleading, deceptive, unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, or inconsistent with accepted academic and ethical standards.
Advertisements must be clearly identifiable as advertising and must not be presented in a manner that could reasonably cause readers to mistake promotional material for peer-reviewed or editorial content.
Advertising placement will not be used to imply endorsement of a product, service, organization, institution, or individual by the journal or its Editorial Board.
The journal takes reasonable measures to ensure that advertising relationships do not create conflicts of interest or compromise the independence of its editorial operations. Where a potential conflict arises, the journal may decline or remove the relevant advertisement.
The journal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove advertisements at any time if they are found to be inappropriate, inaccurate, misleading, inconsistent with this policy, or otherwise unsuitable for the journal's platform.
Publication or display of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by the Employee Relations Law Journal, its Editor, Editorial Board, reviewers, or affiliated personnel.
The journal does not accept responsibility for claims, products, services, or representations made by advertisers. Readers are encouraged to independently evaluate any advertised product or service before making decisions based on advertising content.
The journal may revise this Advertising Policy when necessary to reflect changes in its publishing practices, ethical standards, applicable regulations, or website operations. Updated versions will be published on the journal's website.
