Aim

The Employee Relations Law Journal (Empl. Relat. Law J.) aims to provide a high-quality international platform for the publication and dissemination of original scholarly research in the fields of employment relations, labor and employment law, workplace governance, and related areas.

The journal seeks to promote rigorous academic inquiry, interdisciplinary perspectives, and informed discussion of contemporary issues affecting employees, employers, organizations, labor institutions, and workplaces. It encourages research that contributes to a deeper understanding of employment relationships and supports the development of evidence-based policies, legal frameworks, and professional practices.
