The evolving landscape of global business demands professionals who possess not only technical accounting proficiency but also managerial, strategic, and analytical capabilities. Cross-disciplinary learning models integrating Accounting and Management Studies provide a holistic educational pathway that enhances decision-making skills, leadership readiness, financial strategy formulation, and organizational performance analysis. This paper reviews theoretical foundations, pedagogical approaches, and institutional implementations of cross-disciplinary curricula, drawing data from 40 universities across Asia, Europe, and North America. Findings indicate that integrated programs significantly improve analytical reasoning, strategic planning competence, and employability outcomes. However, challenges remain in faculty coordination, course sequencing, accreditation compatibility, and workload balance. The study proposes an integrated curriculum framework combining accounting analytics, managerial finance, strategic management, organizational behaviour, and corporate leadership.
