Article Processing Charges

Employee Relations Law Journal (ERLJ) is committed to maintaining a high-quality editorial and peer-review process while ensuring the timely publication of accepted manuscripts.

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 300 is applicable only after a manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication. Authors are not required to pay any fee at the time of manuscript submission or during the review process.

The APC covers the costs associated with:

  • Editorial assessment and manuscript handling

  • Single-blind peer review management

  • Professional copyediting and proofreading

  • Typesetting and formatting

  • DOI registration

  • Online publication

  • Long-term digital archiving

  • Website hosting and maintenance

  • Administrative and publishing services

Authors will receive an official acceptance letter and invoice after their manuscript has been accepted. Payment instructions will be provided by the editorial office. Manuscripts will proceed to the production stage only after the APC has been received and confirmed.

The Article Processing Charge is generally non-refundable once the publication process has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief.
