Copyright Policy
The Employee Relations Law Journal (ERLJ) is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of authors while ensuring the widest possible dissemination of scholarly research.
Authors retain the copyright to their published work. Upon acceptance of a manuscript, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and make the article available in print and electronic formats. This allows the journal to publish and preserve the scholarly record while enabling authors to retain ownership of their work.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts are original, have not been published previously, and do not infringe upon the copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party. Any copyrighted material, including figures, tables, illustrations, or substantial excerpts from previously published works, must be used only after obtaining the necessary written permissions from the copyright holder.
The journal reserves the right to retract or remove published content if copyright infringement, plagiarism, or unauthorized use of copyrighted material is identified after publication.
Authors may use, share, and distribute the published version of their work for educational, research, and non-commercial purposes, provided that proper acknowledgment is given to Employee Relations Law Journal (ERLJ) as the original place of publication.
For any questions regarding copyright, permissions, or reuse of published content, authors and readers are encouraged to contact the Editorial Office.
