Manuscript Submission

The Employee Relations Law Journal (ERLJ) welcomes the submission of original, high-quality manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of employment law, labor law, industrial relations, and related disciplines. Authors are encouraged to ensure that their manuscripts comply with the journal's submission requirements before submission.

Submission Method

Authors may submit their manuscripts through the journal's online submission system or by sending the manuscript to the journal's official submission email, as provided on the Contact Us page.

Before Submission

Before submitting a manuscript, authors should ensure that:

  • The manuscript is original and has not been published previously.

  • The manuscript is not under consideration by another journal.

  • All authors have approved the final version of the manuscript.

  • The manuscript follows the journal's formatting and submission guidelines.

  • References are complete and accurately cited.

  • Any required ethical approval and informed consent statements are included, where applicable.

  • Any conflicts of interest and funding sources have been disclosed.

Required Submission Files

Authors should submit the following documents:

  • Manuscript in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

  • Title page containing author information and corresponding author details.

  • Cover letter briefly describing the significance of the research.

  • Tables and figures (if submitted separately).

  • Supplementary files, if applicable.

Initial Editorial Screening

After submission, the Editorial Office conducts an initial assessment to verify that the manuscript:

  • Fits the journal's aims and scope.

  • Meets formatting requirements.

  • Complies with ethical standards.

  • Successfully passes plagiarism screening.

Manuscripts that do not satisfy these requirements may be returned for correction or declined before peer review.

Peer Review Process

Manuscripts that successfully complete the initial screening are forwarded for Single-Blind Peer Review by independent experts in the relevant field. Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers' comments before a final editorial decision is made.

Editorial Decision

Following peer review, the Editor-in-Chief may make one of the following decisions:

  • Accept

  • Accept with Minor Revisions

  • Major Revisions Required

  • Reject

The final decision is based on the reviewers' recommendations and the journal's editorial standards.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

There is no submission fee.

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 300 is payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication. No payment is requested during submission or peer review.

Correspondence

All correspondence regarding manuscript submission, peer review, revisions, and publication will be conducted through the journal's official email address or online submission system. Authors are encouraged to respond promptly to editorial communications to facilitate timely publication.
