Advertising Policy

The Employee Relations Law Journal (ERLJ) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of editorial independence, integrity, and transparency. Any advertising, sponsorship, or promotional content associated with the journal must not influence editorial decisions or compromise the quality and credibility of published content.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are made solely on the basis of the scholarly merit, originality, quality, and relevance of submitted manuscripts. Acceptance or rejection of a manuscript is completely independent of any advertising or commercial relationships.

Advertising Standards

The journal may accept advertisements that are relevant to the academic, legal, educational, or professional interests of its readers. All advertisements must comply with applicable laws and ethical standards and must not contain false, misleading, deceptive, or offensive content.

Separation of Advertising and Editorial Content

Advertising material will be clearly distinguished from editorial content. Advertisements will not be presented in a manner that could be interpreted as peer-reviewed or editorially endorsed by the journal.

Prohibited Advertisements

The journal reserves the right to reject advertisements that:

  • Are misleading or deceptive.

  • Promote illegal products or services.

  • Contain discriminatory or offensive material.

  • Conflict with the journal's mission, ethical standards, or editorial policies.

  • May damage the reputation or credibility of the journal.

Right to Refuse Advertising

The Editorial Office reserves the right to accept, reject, modify, or remove any advertisement at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
