Publication Frequency

Employee Relations Law Journal (ERLJ) follows a quarterly publication schedule, publishing four (4) issues per year. The journal also adopts a Continuous Publication model to ensure the rapid dissemination of accepted research.

Publication Schedule

  • Issue 1: January – March

  • Issue 2: April – June

  • Issue 3: July – September

  • Issue 4: October – December

Under the Continuous Publication model, articles are published online individually immediately after they have successfully completed the editorial process, peer review, copyediting, proofreading, typesetting, and final author approval. Once published, each article receives its final citation details, DOI, and becomes immediately available to readers without waiting for the complete issue to be finalized.

This publishing approach enables the timely communication of scholarly research while maintaining the journal's high standards of editorial quality, transparency, and publication ethics.
