Outcome measurement models in accounting programs are essential for ensuring that academic curricula meet professional competency expectations and accreditation standards. As universities shift from content-based to outcome-based education (OBE), institutions are increasingly required to demonstrate how program learning outcomes (PLOs) translate into student performance, employability, and professional readiness. This paper examines existing outcome measurement models used in accounting programs globally, including direct assessment tools, rubrics, portfolio evaluations, standardized tests, performance analytics, and practice-based assessments. The study introduces a multi-dimensional outcome assessment model tailored to accounting education, integrating professional competency frameworks (IFAC, AACSB, AICPA), digital skill benchmarks, and behavioral attributes. Findings suggest that holistic and longitudinal assessment models lead to more accurate measurement of graduate capabilities and stronger alignment with industry needs. Challenges include administrative complexity, faculty readiness, data quality issues, and integration with accreditation cycles.
